Using the laser collimator is simple and intuitive:
Insert the collimator into your 1.25" focuser (or 2" focuser using a 1.25" adapter).
Adjust the secondary mirror until the projected laser dot lands precisely at the center of the primary mirror’s marked spot.
Tilt the primary mirror so the returning laser beam aligns perfectly with the target on the collimator.
Check at both high and low focuser positions to verify consistent alignment.
